How does the adjustable chain work?
Every chain has a regular clasp plus our patented adjusting gasket, which lets you slide the chain to the exact length you want. On chains 24" and longer, you never have to open the clasp to get dressed: the chain slips over your head, then adjusts down to fit your neckline.
Can one chain really replace the others in my jewelry box?
Yes. One adjustable chain does the work of four normal chains, because it adjusts to every length you would otherwise need a separate chain for.
Can I add my own pendants and charms?
Yes. Every chain has a regular clasp, so you can open it to add your favorite pendant or charm, then adjust the chain to sit exactly where you want it.
