HOW THE THREADER WORKS:
This necklace comes pre-threaded with the stunning 2-Carat Brilliant CZ Solitaire Pendant - ready to wear right out of the box.
To adjust the length: Hold the slider ball with one hand and gently slide the chain through to your ideal length. That's it.
To swap out charms: Hold the slider ball and gently pull the chain through until the chain (and pendant) release. Slide on a new charm or bead, then feed the post back through the ball to your set length.
Care tip: always hold the ball and gently slide the chain through. Never pull from the ends without holding the adjusting ball. This keeps the slider secure and your chain looking great for years.

I love the look and feel of this. It's beautiful and I love how I can adjust the length depending on what I'm wearing. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because sometimes the hanging down part (from the thread end when I make it a lot shorter) gets tangled. It comes untangled easily, just a little inconvenient. I still love the quality and that I can change out pendants easily and adjust it.

I love the pendant but have a love hate relationship with this particular chain in the set. When I adjust it to a shorter length there’s not much weight at the back clasp and it tangles itself together. I’m going to purchase the Italian chain with the heart at the back and see if it will help the issue

When I bought this chain, I knew it was adjustable, but I didn't realize threader end would come out of the adjusting ball. It was actually a pleasant surprise because I have a few super small charms that don't fit on most chains. Now I just thread them on the chain and go!

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Worn items, items without original packaging, and clearance items cannot be returned. Start any return through our returns portal.
What does the 1 year warranty cover?
Every piece we sell is covered for 1 year from the day your order is delivered. If a piece fails in normal wear within that year, including the adjusting gasket, a clasp, or a Magnetic Clasp Converter, we replace the item if it is in stock and available. If not, we issue a gift card for the purchase price. You are not responsible for return shipping on a warranty claim.
What is your jewelry made of?
Our designs are finished in 18K gold plating, rhodium plating, sterling silver, and gold vermeil. The base metal under the plating may also include brass or stainless steel. What you wear and see every day is the plating, and ours is chosen to resist tarnish and hold its color with normal use. All of our jewelry is nickel, lead, and cadmium free, and every piece is covered by our 1 year warranty, so if the finish fails in normal wear within that year, we make it right. The exact materials are listed on every product page.
How should I care for it?
Give your pieces occasional breaks from wear and store them away from water and humidity. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics, including body oils, lotions, sunscreen, perfume, and makeup. Take your jewelry off before showering, bathing, exercising, or swimming.
